Refund policy

Our products are custom made to order. If there is an issue caused by manufacturing or design, we will exchange your product within 14 days of your original purchase. We do not exchange orders for different sizes or offer refunds for shrinking, inaccuracy of colors, or other personal preferences (e.g., buyer's remorse). We encourage our customers to look at the sizing guide for approximate sizes of the garments and to make an informed size and color decision based on what you see.  

If you have received a defective item, please contact us to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
